Fat Seed took root in Katipunan in 2018 as a hidden gem in a corner of U.P. Town Center — serving specialty coffee and inventive brunches to uni students on weekdays and coffee aficionados on the weekends.
Today we source single-origin lots from Benguet to Bukidnon — and from farms in Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama — and roast them in small batches. Every bag in the shop below came off our own roaster.
